"THERE ARE THINGS IN LIFE THAT ARE HARD TO DESCRIBE. THAT'S HOW IT IS WITH THE FEELING THAT CROSS-COUNTRY SKIING GIVES ME. IT BRINGS ME JOY BECAUSE IT COMBINES NATURE AND COMPETITION IN A WONDERFUL WAY. WHEN YOU STAND AT THE STARTING LINE AND ARE READY TO GIVE IT ALL, NOT ONLY YOUR TRAINING BUT ALSO YOUR EQUIPMENT HAS TO BE PERFECT. WITH KÄSTLE UNDER YOUR FEET YOU KNOW THAT VICTORY IS ALWAYS WITHIN REACH."

BIO

Charlotte tried out cross-country skiing at a very early age and found great pleasure in moving on the narrow boards. Whenever the family could find time, they were out and about with her and her brother Oskar. At the age of six she joined her first ski association. It soon became clear that she had discovered her passion. The first student cup showed that she not only had passion but also the necessary talent.
Since she was 14 years old she is attending the ski boarding school in Oberwiesenthal where she completes her training sessions which are the basis for her success. She is currently competing in the German Cup and is gaining a lot of experience there. Her greatest successes include overall victories in the German Pupils Cup, as well as second place in the German Cup 19/20 and the victory in the comb race over 25 km in nordic classic in 2019.
